We structure our event packages based on the level of support. We offer different tiers, from brainstorming sessions, consulting packages to full planning packages to help support every event, at any budget level. Please review the options below and reach out to us if you have any questions.
At Wild Matter we work on all major life and corporate events, while we love weddings, we are not a wedding planning company and currently do not work in that sphere.
Brainstorming Package
Get unstuck and inspired with a focused 60-minute creative strategy session designed to bring your event vision to life. Whether you're overwhelmed with ideas or simply unsure where to begin, this session gives you space to think big—with structure.
Before we meet, you'll complete a short questionnaire so I can understand your vision, needs, and goals. During our live session, we’ll dream up ideas, solve planning hurdles, and map out actionable next steps.
Afterward, you’ll receive a customized Event Blueprint so you know exactly what to do next.
You’ll also have one month of priority email support after our call so you can ask questions, get feedback, or receive additional clarity as the ideas unfold.
This is for the planner who’s ready to make something meaningful—without the overwhelm.

Event Consulting
For when you're planning your own event but need a trusted expert in your corner.
This monthly partnership gives you full access to Wild Matter as your creative strategist and experienced event coach.
From bi-weekly planning sessions to ongoing email support, we’ll clarify your vision, troubleshoot challenges, and map out a detailed plan that keeps your event on track.
You stay hands-on and in control; I make sure the details are sharp, the timeline is clear, and the experience feels as meaningful behind the scenes as it will on the day-of. This is collaborative planning—structured, imaginative, and infused with care.
