We structure our event packages based on the level of support. We offer different tiers, from brainstorming sessions, consulting packages to full planning and coordination packages to help support every event, at any budget level. Please review the options below and reach out to us if you have any questions.
At Wild Matter we work on all major life and corporate events, while we love weddings, we are not a wedding planning company and do not offer wedding planning services.
1. Brainstorming Package
Work with Wild Matter Virtually from anywhere in the US!
Get unstuck and inspired with a focused 60-minute creative strategy session designed to bring your event vision to life. Whether you're overwhelmed with ideas or simply unsure about the event planning process, this session gives support and space to do the planning yourself, with structure and guidance from an event professional.
Before we meet, you'll complete a short questionnaire so I can understand your vision, needs, and goals. During our live session, we’ll dream up ideas, solve planning hurdles, and map out actionable next steps.
Afterward, you’ll receive a customized Event Blueprint so you know exactly how to succeed in the event planning process.
You’ll also have one month of priority email support after our call so you can ask questions, get feedback, or receive additional clarity as the ideas unfold.
Perfect for: People who've been put in charge of an event and are a bit lost or overwhelmed in the planning process. This package is a quick solution to get you headed in the right direction!

As your virtual event planner, Wild Matter supports you behind the scenes—helping shape the vision, organize the details, and build a clear, confident plan—so you can execute the event yourself without feeling overwhelmed.
This is collaborative planning: structured, imaginative, and grounded in care—without the cost of full-service execution.
Perfect for:
Bachelorette parties, birthday weekends, showers, intimate celebrations, and events where you’ll be hosting or running the day-of yourself but want professional support for the planning process.

I’ll work within your budget to source vendors and bring your event to life—my fee covers all planning, coordination, and creative direction.
